Does anxiety stop you from doing the things you’d like to do?
Do you feel an ongoing sense of uncertainty?
Do you feel like you’ve tried everything but nothing seems to help?
Do you feel like there’s so much more to life but your anxiety holds you back?
The last few years have been a testing time for all of us.
Do you feel like you’ve encountered challenge after challenge and can’t seem to catch a break?
Not only is there disconnection within the way our society is operating, but most of us have also become extremely disconnected from ourselves, from our innate wisdom and connection to our bodies and nature.
We live in a world where every symptom is pathologized, and we’ve lost perspective of looking at a person as a whole being, with adaptive responses to very real experiences.
Many of us have grown up with experiences of guilt, shame and fear that have become our go-to feelings in relation to parts of ourselves that are genuinely needing and desiring love and care.
These emotions can turn into unconscious patterns that help us survive:
People pleasing.
Prioritizing other people's needs over our own.
Having a lack of boundaries.
Making ourselves small because we are afraid of being seen.
Working hard to ‘prove’ our worth.
Feeling undeserving of receiving.
These adaptive survival patterns create stress, tension, and survival states in our body, which in turn perpetuate the experience of anxiety.
Anxiety can be experienced as repetitive thoughts, obsessive thinking, ruminating, worrying, rigid thinking, excessive fear…
And physical tension, clenched jaw, tight pelvic floor, insomnia, digestive upset, rapid shallow breath, racing heart, the list can go on.
If this is you, you are not alone.
Your anxiety might be telling you that you’re alone. But trust me, you’re not.
It’s not your fault that you feel anxious, your brain thinks you’re in danger, constantly.
The good news is that no matter how long you’ve felt this way, or how intense your feelings of anxiety are, you don’t have to live like this.
You can learn tools that can support your nervous system in feeling safe again.
You can empower yourself to re-member the wisdom of your body.
Everything that your mind, body, and nervous system are communicating to you, is information. And you can develop the skills and awareness to listen to this wisdom so that instead of turning against yourself, you learn to befriend yourself.
All the parts of yourself. Even the parts you can’t imagine loving.
Talk therapy can be an extremely beneficial tool for the parts of the brain that are conscious (where we have thoughts, can think in a logical way, recall information, etc.), but if the essence of safety in the nervous system is not present, not much is going to change. We might understand our pain, but still feel it. (Intellectualizing our feelings)
You may have started some type of therapy or self-driven healing journey…
…but we are inviting you to learn concrete ways of creating a sense of unconscious safety in the body.
This unconscious safety is essential in order for the conscious and the unconscious parts to be able to dive into the healing process.
Only once the nervous system FEELS safe will it be able to process an experience, information, or feelings.
We want to invite you on this journey of safety.
We, Stephanie and Charlotte, have created an empowering experience for you.
This is an immersive, life-shifting 13 week online program that is designed to safely and effectively guide you back to your inner wisdom.
To the wisdom of your body. Your nervous system. And your connection to yourself, and others.
We want to witness you as you welcome yourself back home.
As you return to your WHOLENESS.
We have created this online experience for you to FEEL SEEN, HEARD, and HELD in your process.
This will be a space in which you can come to learn information that will significantly shift the way you understand your anxiety.
It will be a space where you can arrive as you are, without judgment.
A space where you can feel held by others, and experience the healing effect of coming together in meaningfully connective ways.
Would you like to develop life long skills in navigating stress?
Would you like to develop a TRUE FELT sense of safety in your body?
Would you like to have the confidence and courage to speak your truth?
Would you like to befriend your anxiety and feel your own courage and strength?
We are inviting you in, with open arms.

Hi, I’m Charlotte
I am a Somatic Trauma Therapist who specialize in the Nervous System and Movement. I am also an Embodiment Coach, Integral Eye Movement Practitioner, TRE® Provider, Yoga Instructor, former Podiatrist, Mother and Freedom seeker. I also facilitate a Women’s Circle.
My life has been driven towards helping people ease tension and stress from the body and grow awareness of the social conditioning that keeps us in fear, self doubt and shame. My work is born out of my own personal struggles and the lessons I’ve learnt along the way.
Recently I moved countries for the second time and transitioned over to home educating. I bring all the practices I offer into my life and without them I’m not sure I could have taken on so many changes these past few years whilst supporting and encouraging other people how to calm their nervous system.
I love connecting with authentic souls, being close to nature and finding the humour within the madness of life.
Our experiential 13 week journey together has a deeply feminine approach and places nervous system SAFETY as its foundation.
We want you to feel seen, heard and believed in your experience, and to feel safe to show up exactly as you are.
We are inviting you to explore what it means to develop a deep felt sense of safety in your body, and alongside all the effective practices that we will introduce, you will have a safe space to share your experience with other women, creating deep meaningful connections in your journey together.
We are bringing our skills, sensitivity and curiosity into this space so that we can walk with you into this transformative relationship with yourself.

Reflection, Integration and Implementation into your everyday life
I remember when I just muddled along because I didn’t have the awareness that feeling safe in my body was the route into relieving my anxiety (recurring injuries, chronic tension and PTSD).
I thought I’d have to stay on medication and talk out my struggles with a therapist for the rest of my life. I used to think that regulating my anxiety meant: exercising, working harder, avoiding people, and drinking (to try to cope with the stress).
It wasn’t until I discovered somatics and trauma informed movement that my whole paradigm changed.
I learnt how fear develops in the nervous system and through repeated practices within the context of connection and safety I was able to reset my baseline to have the capacity to hold space for myself, my family and others in a way that felt whole and happy.
I now view my anxiety as an intelligence that I’ve learned to deeply listen to and have been able to overcome my symptoms of PTSD.
-Charlotte Tedds
For most of my life I believed that something was wrong with me. I thought that I would have to live with anxiety forever because of the trauma I survived, because of my genetic makeup, because I was told that anxiety is hereditary. I felt disempowered, helpless, and often quite hopeless that anything would ever change.
It took me over a decade of exploration, seeking different modalities, studying, learning, trying, and persevering before I learned that everything comes back to one thing: The nervous system.
Once I began learning in-depth, science based modalities that worked directly on my nervous system, the way I FELT started to shift. My body had to help my mind rather than the other way around.
One of my biggest purposes in this life has been to empower women to re-member that they can have a different experience with their emotions, their symptoms, their perceptions, their entire life experience, and that’s why I feel so excited to be collaboratively bringing this program to you. It is a gift and an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

Because an important component of this course is connection, your live presence is necessary in order to get the most out of the journey. We are offering a high-touch experience in order to nurture the connection building aspect of the program so that you feel held every step of the way.
Learning live online we feel allows as deeper embodied felt change to take place.
If you are unable to make it on this day, there is a possibility that this course will be available for purchase in the future in which case you will be able to work through each module at your own pace.
-
The course content will be available for 45 days. The content will be the second hour of the weekly meetups which contain the learning components. The first hour of the weekly meetups are for personal sharing and integration so for confidentiality reasons we are unable to record these. All pdfs and worksheets that accompany each week will be yours to download and keep.
The reason for the 45 days is to optimize your time towards the programme. Lifetime access can often trick the brain into a false sense that we have plenty of time to do something or learn a new skill when in fact life keeps happening and new things take precedence over what we originally wanted to learn.
